Given our work together will be tailored to your specific needs, it is difficult for me to predict exactly how your journey will unfold but below provides an indication of how your initial four session may roll.

Session 1
Prepare
to Heal
The 1st session is a very important session that lays the ground work for all of our future work together.
Learn about the importance of self-care, different self-care practices & self-care’s ability to propel powerful uplifting change.
Embark in deep “energetic discussion”, set to connect you to your heart so that you can determine your most resonant goals & needs in life. Mentally you may already have an idea of what these are, but we endeavour to uncover the REAL reason behind what is driving you to embark on this new self-care journey at a soul level. Discover your heart-driven ‘WHY’ - critical for long-term commitment & success.
Determine what self-care practices are best suited for your unique needs & situation - as well as the most serving amount/frequency for you to practice them.
Develop a heart-driven self-care practice guide that is not only resonant & meaningful, but practical & realistic for your busy lifestyle.
Prepare your schedule (& mind) with self-care as a priority, so that you can hit the ground running when you officially get underway in the next session.
Receive recommendations and other resources relevant to our discussion that will support your success in sticking to a long-term self-care practice.

Session 2
READY,
GET SET,
GO!
Discuss the possible challenges that can arise when committing to a regular self-care practice [e.g. life time constraints, resistance, habitual behaviours] so that you are prepared to better navigate them should they arise.
Discuss other logistics needed as a means of getting you ready to embark on a successful self-care journey.
Practice a short ceremonial style meditation together. Set and energise your intentions as you initiate your self-care healing journey.
Receive recommendations and other resources relevant to our discussion that will support your success in sticking to a long-term self-care practice.

Session 3
STAY IN
THE FLOW
Discuss progress within your self-care practice. Address any challenges that may have arisen, and make adjustments as needed.
Depending on your needs & energy at the time, for the rest of the session we may discuss ‘the healing process’ and the role self-care can play in it, different techniques you can take to practically integrate key ‘aha moments’ into your daily life mindset and actions, OR dive into ‘energetic discussion’ to help you clear any heavy emotions or limiting thoughts that may have arisen.

Session 4
THE JOURNEY
LIVES ON
The focus for this session will be on celebrating your successes, integrating key lessons learnt as well as on preparing you for ‘what’s next’ as you continue your self-care practice independently long into the future.

DURATION: 1 hr 30
Between Sessions
Receive a follow up email after every session that outlines the key points discussed, ‘aha’ moments, recommended ‘homework’ & any relevant resources needed to support your self-care journey.
The purpose of this email is to allow you to be present during our sessions without having to worry about forgetting things you won’t want to forget. It also gives you a reference to refer back to so you can observe progress and enrich your learning, understanding & growth.
During your self-care practice, optional daily accountability check-ins are available.
You will also have unlimited email/text access between our sessions to ask questions or share your experiences to support your ability to maintain momentum with your practice, as well as practical implementation of any teachings into your daily life.
Add on Sessions
Depending on your needs, you may wish to add on additional sessions on an ‘as needed’ basis. These can be done at a special rate of $89 per hour all inclusive, and can be varied in length to suit your needs.
Our meeting venue
All sessions take place ONLINE via Zoom from anywhere in the world.
All you need is a comfortable private space, and ideally a herbal tea and lit candle for our meetings.
Program Scheduling
I recommend you set aside some extra time on the tail end of our sessions to allow for a more relaxed return to life activities.
The span of time it takes to complete the 4 sessions varies between clients. A 1.5-2 month timeframe is the ‘norm’. We can meet at whatever time interval works best for you, but I would recommend scheduling all 4 sessions within a 3 month span at the most so that you can maximise momentum & traction within your practice.
Typically:
The 2nd session occurs approximately 1 week after the first.
The 3rd session occurs approximately 2 weeks after your 2nd session.
The 4th session occurs approximately 2-3 weeks after your 3rd session.

Payment
YOU CHOOSE WHAT YOU PAY for all 4 sessions [a total of 6.5hrs of 1:1 mentorship + support between sessions].
I offer all inclusive scaled pricing rather than one fixed price. This structure makes it possible for more people to access this package. You will not need to prove a thing. I trust your self-evaluation. Please choose the option that feels appropriate to you and your circumstances.
REBALANCING ACCESS
For those with more than enough financial resources and a desire to support access for others to help rebalance system inequity.
FAIR ACCESS
For those with sufficient financial resources and who can pay fair value for the experience.
SUPPORTED ACCESS
For those with currently limited financial resources who will benefit from access supplemented by the community.
NOTE
If you prefer to split up the payment e.g. pay after each session, simply advise Jess of your preference via email.
Credit card payments incur an additional 3% fee. If you reside in Canada, you have the option of paying via e-transfer to jess@stokedlife.coach.
Your payment covers much more than just the time we meet face to face - it covers:
All communication surrounding the program e.g. scheduling, follow up summaries, additional support as needed and check-ins.
Customization or creation of resources as needed.
Hosting platforms e.g. Zoom, client resource storage and access on private website.
Other miscellaneous expenses to support the success of this offering.
