N O R M A L L Y at the time of the new moon, I suggest taking timeout to reflect, mediate & set new intentions so that you can better align your next move with what is best for your body, mind & spirit.
This is because the new moon brings with it energies that particularly support these processes - & why not make the most of the natural supportive powers on offer?
But right now let's keep it real! Times are different & you likely already have a lot on your plate.
Whilst utilizing this time to reflect, gain clarity & set intentions WOULD be beneficial - for many this is perhaps not what is needed or even realistic right now. Perhaps it is more a time for doing what you can to simply get through.

Meaning that the rejuvenating & resetting potential on offer from any efforts made to rest & relax around the new moon are particularly supported relative to other phases of the lunar cycle.

-> this event will be 1hr15 total in length
-> you will slink through a variety of different yin yoga poses, that will be held for 4-5mins each

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
* yoga mat [or soft carpet floor to practice on]
* pillow [can be bed or couch pillow to use as prop]
* blanket [which we will fold to use as props]
* any other yoga props you desire for those who have them available at home [e.g. bolster + blocks]
* optional - lit candle, defused essential oils... whatever else you need to make your space 'trigger happy'
IDEALLY join in from a disruption free peaceful nook within your bubble | The key word here is #ideally - do what you can.
