No matter how many vegetables we eat, or how many supplements we take, if we are chronically stressed out we are still going to be unhealthy & unable to function optimally.
Always being on the go, I know that the deep relaxation provided by my yoga practice is a vital ingredient in the recipe I use to live a stoked life. Yoga helps me sustainably keep healthy, energized, focused & active. It also not only helps increase my capacity to go about achieving the big & varied goals I have for my work, relationships & outdoor adventures – but it helps me gain clarity on exactly what they are.
YOGA IS AN EXCELLENT OPTION
Spending time in a relaxed nervous system state is CRITICAL.
Not only for boosting performance on the trails & in the office, but for amplifying all areas of your life with better mental & physical health. The foundation for everything awesome.
Yoga is not the only activity that can bring you into a relaxed nervous system state. That can be achieved via any action that is calm inducing & stimulus free, such as meditation or hanging out in a bath (sorry, watching TV doesn’t cut it).
Yoga is simply one excellent option – especially if you are short of time & particularly wired or stressed. AND LET’S FACE IT – if you weren’t being ‘babysat’ by your yoga practice – in reality would you be relaxing?

There are many different disciplines in yoga. Personally I choose to get my exercise out on the trails, so when it comes to practicing & teaching yoga I gravitate towards deeply relaxing & rejuvenating styles that complement otherwise busy on the go life.

Be guided through an uplifting yoga &/or meditation experience designed specifically to meet your needs.
Retreat
During retreat we always practice yoga 1-2 times per day as a way to replenish energy & digest the weekends teachings.
